Five cables over the valley
The first descent is over before you fully register it, and already you cannot wait for the next. Below you the alpine forest, deep gorges and slopes drop away toward the valley, while the wind makes you feel more alive than you have in a long time. Each cable runs its own way, between 550 and 700 metres long, one steep and fast, the next long and gentle.
The start sits at 1,300 metres, where the ground below seems to fall away forever. The moment you push off, you are carried up to 60 km/h within seconds, 200 metres above the valley, in the middle of scenery most people only ever see on foot. Cable by cable you drop closer to the floor and finish just above the lower station of the Kanin cable car, where your ride up began.
No experience needed. Before the real cables you warm up on a short practice line, where the guides show you everything you need to know.
