Half a day on the river, half a day somewhere else entirely. That is the idea. Emerald rapids in the morning, canyon waterfalls in the afternoon. Or the canyon first, then a zipline cable strung across the valley at 1,300 metres.

Rafting + Canyoning Sušec
The classic Soča pairing. Raft the Grade 2-3 rapids in the morning, then walk into Sušec canyon in the afternoon: smooth natural slides, jumps into crystal pools, and waterfalls you can jump or walk around.

Canyoning Fratarica + Zipline
The adrenaline pairing. Fratarica brings rope descents beside waterfalls, narrow walls and jumps into the deep, followed by a flight across the Krnica Valley at up to 60 km/h.

You start with Fratarica, descending on ropes beside waterfalls in a gorge the water has been carving for millennia. Then a kayak session on the river, learning to read the current with a paddle in your hands. Day two puts you on the raft for the classic 10 km descent from Srpenica to Trnovo ob Soči and finishes with the zipline across the Krnica Valley between Kanin and Rombon.

For anyone who wants to properly master the kayak. Courses run over three or five days, with daily sessions on the Soča and nights at Hostel Soča Rocks. By the end of the course, you are reading the river yourself.
