These terms must be respected by everyone who works with us or takes part in the activities our company offers.<\/p>\n<h3>Article 1<\/h3>\n<p>Participants in activities are expected to be mentally and physically healthy, in appropriate physical condition, not under the influence of alcohol or other psychotropic substances, and able to swim independently.<\/p>\n<h3>Article 2<\/h3>\n<p>Limitations on participation in activities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum number of participants: 2 people<\/li>\n<li>Children up to 15 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian<\/li>\n<li>Maximum permitted weight: women 100 kg, men 120 kg<\/li>\n<li>Maximum waist circumference for canyoning: 120 cm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Article 3<\/h3>\n<p>The provider advises against participation in sports activities for pregnant women and for people with health problems or injuries. Anyone with asthma, allergies, or any other health condition (including old injuries) must inform the provider before the activity begins.<\/p>\n<h3>Article 4<\/h3>\n<p>An organised sports activity runs from the arrival of guests at the meeting point until the end of the trip, that is, the return to the same meeting point. The provider is not responsible for injuries occurring outside the course of the trip.<\/p>\n<h3>Article 5<\/h3>\n<p>In the event of bad weather or other exceptional circumstances, the provider reserves the right to cancel or interrupt an activity at any time, even after it has begun. In this case the participant is entitled to a partial refund of the reservation cost, as determined by the provider.<\/p>\n<h3>Article 6<\/h3>\n<p>If a guest cancels an activity after the mandatory equipment for the activity has been issued, the guest is not entitled to a refund of the reservation cost. A participant is likewise not entitled to a refund in the event of a shortened trip or an interrupted activity caused by the individual&#8217;s poor physical condition or the detected presence of alcohol or other psychotropic substances.<\/p>\n<h3>Article 7<\/h3>\n<p>Participants are expected to follow the guide&#8217;s instructions throughout the entire activity. Participants must understand that failing to follow the guide&#8217;s instructions during an activity can be extremely dangerous for them and for the whole group. In the event of a breach or non-compliance with instructions, the guide may interrupt the activity at any time. In this case participants are not entitled to a refund of the paid reservation.<\/p>\n<h3>Article 8<\/h3>\n<p>Any injury to a participant that occurs during the trip must be reported to the responsible person of the provider no later than the end of the activity. The injured person (or their co-participant) and the provider&#8217;s representative jointly complete an accident report, which the injured person (or their co-participant) must sign personally. The provider or its personnel provides appropriate first aid to the injured person or refers them to a medical facility. The provider will not consider any injury reported afterwards or for which an accident report was not completed.<\/p>\n<h3>Article 9<\/h3>\n<p>The provider reserves the right to collect photo and video material during its activities. All participants agree to the collection and storage of this material and permit its use for the provider&#8217;s promotional purposes. Photographs and videos taken by the provider are the property of the provider. A participant who does not agree to the collection of photo and video material should inform the provider in writing before taking part in the chosen activity.<\/p>\n<h3>Article 10<\/h3>\n<p>The provider assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items belonging to participants.<\/p>\n<h3>Article 11<\/h3>\n<p>The provider reserves the right to charge for any damage, theft, or loss of equipment, props, and other items that a participant damages during an activity. The amount is determined by the provider&#8217;s representative.<\/p>\n<h3>Article 12<\/h3>\n<p>Participants must hold appropriate insurance. We recommend suitable travel insurance covering emergency medical assistance, bodily injury, and assistance with return to the home country.<\/p>\n<h3>Article 13<\/h3>\n<p>Participants are aware of the risks each activity presents and take part entirely voluntarily and at their own risk. These risks include injury, illness, and death. Participants agree that the provider and its personnel are not responsible for any damage to property, or for injury, illness, or death of activity participants. The provider is also not responsible for any compensation that may arise for any reason.<\/p>\n<h3>Article 14<\/h3>\n<p>The provider publishes service prices in a price list available on the website or on the provider&#8217;s premises. The price is the amount each participant pays for a given service. All prices are in euros (\u20ac) and include VAT. The provider reserves the right to change prices.<\/p>\n<h3>Article 15<\/h3>\n<p>The advance payment made to confirm a reservation date is final and non-refundable.<\/p>\n<h3>Article 16<\/h3>\n<p>The provider directly offers rafting, zipline, canyoning, and kayak descent trips to guests. Other activities in the offer are carried out by the provider in cooperation with other operators.<\/p>\n<h3>Article 17<\/h3>\n<p>The provider reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions at any time and in any way, for any reason and without prior notice.<\/p>\n<h3>Article 18<\/h3>\n<p>The provider protects all personal data obtained about participants in accordance with applicable data protection law.<\/p>\n<h3>Article 19<\/h3>\n<p>Every guest who works with the provider in any way or takes part in an activity is deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed to these General Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n<h2>CANCELLATION OF ACTIVITIES<\/h2>\n<p>Changes to reservations are accepted up to 24 hours before the trip. After that point, changes to the number of participants will not be accepted and will be charged in full.
